Exploring the Multigenerational Workplace
This study investigated if age was a factor in how and where office workers conducted their focus work. Findings reveal that the generation of workers has little bearing. Factors of personality and job description are better indicators of focus work patterns. Explore this research for key inhibitors and strategies for improving focus work.

The Case for Scholarly Video
Originally presented at the Environmental Design Research Association (EDRA) graduate student workshop, this Prezi presentation introduces the concept of Scholarly Video. Serving as a video abstract for a practice audience, these videos enable viewers new ways to engage with academic content.
